Selling my home in Sacramento and buying a new home at the same time could have easily been stressful, but John Campos kept the entire process organized and moving forward. When we first listed the house, it was getting close to the holidays and the goal was to hopefully sell before I left town for them. As the holidays got closer and the house was still on the market, I was starting to think about pulling the listing and waiting until after the holidays to try again. John had other plans though. Out of nowhere he managed to bring a buyer to the table and get the deal done right before the holidays, which ended up working out perfectly with my travel plans. During the home search, John was also extremely patient and flexible while showing properties across multiple areas including Lodi, Diamond Springs, Sacramento, Loomis, Fair Oaks, and Rio Linda. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the benefits of each area. Throughout the process John stayed on top of every detail and was always available when questions came up. Having an agent who is responsive, knowledgeable about the Sacramento area, and willing to go the extra mile made a big difference in both the sale and the purchase.
